Ok is there anyway to do a uninstall like most other programs like this have. Like i can have stuff in My Documents folder on my usb drive and i can install everything but that my documents file. Cause now i only see the ability to format the driver or delete the other folders as a way to uninstall.

Deleting is easier. Only delete what you want. If you want to get rid of all the portable apps completely just remove the 'PortableApps' folder. If you want to remove certain apps just enter the 'PortableApps' folder and delete them.
