Is there any way of keeping the loader alive while Firefox is running? I read elsewhere that it will do so if Firefox isn't installed on the machine, but that's hardly an option on machines I don't own...
The point is to enable me to keep the firefox portable folder on an archive, unpack it to a ram disk and execute it through a batch file; the batch file should wait until I'm done and update the changed files on the archive before quitting. This works if I'm running firefox without the loader by using the "start /wait" loader, but that causes it to get confused with my settings and bookmarks. Any ideas on how to get around it?
You can copy the FirefoxPortable.ini file from the Other\Source directory to the directory where FirefoxPortable.exe resides and add the aforementioned option.
