When I plug in PAM 1.1, it displays the PAM wallpaper as Stretch. The original wallpaper that is in the desktop is set to Center. Even when I change the wallpaper mode to Center, it doesn't change dimensions.
When I manually change it to Center, then exit and reinsert PAM 1.1 it is back to Stretch.
Is there a default setting that I can change to make it stay Center, or if it will use the setting that is on the desktop?

The 1.1 release automatically sets the portable wallpaper to stretch regardless of what the existing desktop is set to. It sets it back on exit. You'll be able to select your choice in the next release.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
so it's a feature, not a bug!
Don't be an uberPr∅. They are stinky.
Has this been addresses? I can't find how to set my wallpaper to be center when I start my PA.

Thanks, but unless I'm missing something, that doesn't provide any directions on how to set the wallpaper to be centered instead of stretched.
is to ask over there as this post is 4 years old and the PA modification is not supported any longer

The PAM referred to above is the PortableApps.com Menu, the original branding for the platform, it's not a modification.
a bit hard to tell given that it is a 4 year old post. And the current release is 10 not one Guess i needed to read better I saw it in the developmental forum and wrongfully assumed it was the PA mod my apologies to all those concerned

That's not available yet. If you absolutely need to center an image, you could try this.
