DeVeDe Portable?

Is it possible for someone to make a portable version of this application? It is a DVD authoring program.

I don't know too much about devede, but it looks like Infrarecorder would be almost the same thing.

Ifrarecoder allows for

Ifrarecoder allows for burning after a video (mpeg,avi ect) has been converted to the appropriate format for DVD-video. from what i read Infrarecoder doesn't do that and neither does the linux counterpart k3b. Also there is a link on that page for the windows port of the program.

it looks like it's for linux. for dvd video authoring, try DVD Styler Portable

This program is diferent due to it being able to convert a video into a burnable .iso which is most useful with the burning program avalible here.
