My portable version keeps "forgetting" logins on sites. This is not the sites logging me out, but apparently the cookies disappearing.
Is that a known Firefox issue, a portable issue or am i just unlucky?

Those options can potentially change the way the cookies are handled by Firefox.
Thank you, but none of those settings have been changed.
"remember passwords for sites"?, session cookies very often are disabled after closing the tab, a few keep your login -> they ask you to do so because of security concerns

Try to reinstall Firefox Portable, and take a special attention about not running a standard firefox instance at the same time of Firefox Portable.
I don't run more than one instance at the same time.
Do you suggest reinstall just to suggest it, or have you hear about this problem before and heard that this might fix it?
I suspect, I'm yet again the only one on the planet with a certain problem.
wont affect/change/touch you portable settings and so it is a good method of ensuring that none of the program files are messed up or missing.
