Hi,
i think a warnining label in the portableapps menue if the backup is not up to date (so in the directory of the backup are not a backup newer as x days) would be good for people, who forgot often to make a backup.
of course should be able to deactivate the warning. 
is that posible?

But I use the FEBE extension for Firefox. It has an alert that you can set to remind you to back-up your extensions and settings. Something like this would great. Maybe this could be looked at and give someone some ideas, as to something that could be implemented into the menu.
