I think this software could become a part of PortableApps because it is freeware and it is a great looking software.
Can anyone develop this software to become part of PortableApps?

Is it Opensource or just Freeware?
Looks like it might just be Freeware.
Have you tried Infrarecorder?
Unfortunately this is closed source freeware. You could have requested a launcher but it also required the .NET framework which renders it pretty much Non-Portable period.
Sorry but thats the way it is foyzul1988. Still keep up the enthusiasm. When I first joined up I must have requested a hundred games and apps before I realized the requirements for software to be ported. Also Infrarecorder is quite good. You can find it here - https://portableapps.com/apps/utilities/infrarecorder_portable - I'm hoping when freeware apps can be ported we'll get a portable version of Starburn as thats another good solution.

CDRTFE is better than infrarecorder IMHO:

...as far as I'm aware, Starburn has ALSO gone Open-source, in addition to already being freeware...
Of course, this doesn't negate the .NETness of the situation (which I didn't know prior to reading this), but at least it's a start.............

do you have any evidence?
I just checked their webpage and couldnt find anything

Does starburn require .NET ?

Download the latest version here. Before installing, the .NET Framework should be present in your system. Check the About .Net Framework part of the help file, for more information about it and its download links.
This in the opinion of many is a deal breaker.
I use InfraRecorder, and think that you just may like it
