And I began wondering what the point of KeePass was. Why not just encrypt the entire drive?
Because if the drive itself is encrypted (as all portable drives should ideally be), there would be no way to access KeePass anyway, making the additional password redundant.
Thoughts?
I think a good password-manager is necessary because all the good encryption softwares I can think of require admin rights. SO for me Keepass is the right balance between convenience and security.

I think the point of KeePass is to automatically login to an account that you add into KeePass. When you're at the website that you placed, it will fill in the login form, and login for you.
