Axel,
Welcome to Portableapps.com
If you use the search feature in the upper right hand corner you will find many listing for "Winamp".
This one is that seems to make the most sense to me but you should check out the others:

Just my 2 cents worth. I didn't use a launcher at all. According to the forums at Winamp.com, just copy the winamp directory from Program Files or wherever you installed it to your PortableApps directory on your thumb drive. delete all files ending with .exe except winamp.exe. Then open winamp.ini and find NeedReg=1. Change the 1 to a zero and save it. Last step, I believe is to delete path.ini. Then you just need to load PA Menu, go to options, then refresh App Icons. Your done. Keep in mind if you set any file associations or have it connect to a CDDB database online, it may write to the registry (I don't know). For more info, you'll have to check Winamp.com's forum. I'd give you the exact link, but my wireless connection refuses to stay connected, so I can't find it. Sorry, and good luck.

How about trying CoolPlayer+ instead of Winamp.
Give it a try!

If by "get it into" PA.com you mean, have it hosted here, that ain't gonna happen until/unless John comes out with his section on the site which hosts freeware NON-opensource apps, which I believe is somewhere in the works as we speak ('cuz WinAMp is NOT open-source).
Expected release date: "When it's done"
Till then, I suggest you follow the advice of the others who've posted here in reply to your thread.
Happy hunting.
