I came across this software reseller, but the prices are almost too good to be true. Anyone have any idea if it's a reputable site? Legal software with real licenses, or some warez outfit?

OEM Versions, as they might be bundled with this and that.
Pay by credit card , then later you should get some donload pw and the rest is your work.
Some versions are this kind of 'previous' versions, so they might be cheap in other sources too.

Absolutely fake/bogus/warez. Much of the software they sell as download only isn't legally available in that format. Look at the Microsoft page... Exchange Server 2003 Enterprise is $59.95. Look elsewhere online and it's $2,500 and up for a non-academic license. And none of their little badges for CNET Certified or BBB link to anything.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
