Error starting Toucan v2.0.7

When starting Toucan, I get the following error:

What's the deal. THe files are not write protected, and I do have security permissions.

think it is because you have Toucan in an unusual directory, I have hopefully fixed it in the latest pre-release, if you could check that would be great Smile

I deleted the .ini files,

I deleted the .ini files, which fixed it for me.
