2.1 You are licensed to use the Software on your personal computer equipment only and shall not, except as permitted in Clauses 2.2 and 2.3 of this Licence Agreement, rent, lease, sub-license, install on or transmit across any local or wide area network, loan, copy (save to the extent that installation of the Software and its subsequent use involves the copying of part of the Software onto the hard disk of the computer on which it is used), modify, adapt, merge, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on the whole or any part of the Software.

In other words, this application cannot be made portable.
