account has padlock no mail available

Please how can I get rid of the padlock on my account? I need to know the file to delete to get rid of this.

I have a virus which is likely causing these problems but I can only read the emails once before the account is padlocked and then I can read none.

I am sorry if there an answer in the FAQs I did not find one.

get rid of the virus first

then all might be cured.
Did you make any kind of virus scan? Found something?
If you have virus of prerent day quality, it will not be just simple file to be deleted.
In such case rather install windows from scrap and reformat your usb stick too and start from zero again.
