Xenon Portable (is it still being developed?)

I'd kinda like to know if this is still being developed. It looks like a good idea, but I don't like how limited the customization is. I sometimes work on computers with tiny screens, and need to be able to maximize the screen realestate, so to speak. Is there a way the full path of the selected tab could be placed in the titlebar? Can we please get a remove toolbar/addressbar option in there as well. I like the idea of having a file manager that has it's own file associations. But currently am using xplorer2lite (portable) with CafeMOD because this (Xenon) lacks much in the way of customization.
