I just upgraded from v5.3.1 (I think) to the latest available: v5.4.4. After the upgrade, none of my custom configured Shortcut Mappers (custom shortcut keystroke combinations) work. Kill/recreate does not resolve the issue. I use N++P extensively for notetaking and being able to quickly insert a timestamp (TextFX-->TextFX Insert-->Date & Time Short Format) is essential for my purposes. This is the function that is lost for me, but in testing, I've found that none of the custom shortcut mappers to TextFX plugins work. I've tried deleting the N++P home directory, and re-installing: no joy. Has anyone experienced this same problem, or have a resolution? Thanks for any input.
I've been experiencing windows size problems. For example notepad++ will be maximized and when i hit minimize it shoots back up and I have to hit it 3 times before it will minimize then when i click it on the task bar it will not resize to the previous windows size rather it will resize it smaller. Im sure that the bug you are experienced isn't just you but i wouldn't know as I don't use that feature. But just wondering who is experiencing my bug also. Hope the developer will fix these soon as the windows size on for me is annoying.

I'm experiencing both of these problems. The built-in keyboard shortcuts have stopped working for most of my plugins and the window un-maximises every time I un-minimize it from the taskbar.
Any help / suggestions appreciated.

I've lost all keyboard shortcut functionality for plugins as well... for me it's the NPPExec Plugin for integrating with NSISPortable that makes this a bummer...
