I apologise for the lateness in this release. I have had it ready since the 24th after a forum discussion with Bart.S. This release covers the points raised in the discussion and I am hoping with the help from beta testers out there that we can confirm that no other anomalies exist and that we can proceed with Blender Portable 2.49a Rev 3.

- $TEMP\quit.blend is redirected to data/settings/RestoreLastSession
- BlenderPortable.ini cleaned up

- BlenderPortable.nsi cleaned up

... still no testing has been done. It's a shame but I presume everyone is happy with the current official release that is available.
At least this method will be incorporated into 2.5, later on in October, if it is necessary to do so.
