How can I make FF 3.5.2 port look cool?

Hello.

Firefox can look in other way on my work term?
It can only show 256 colors, and FF look pretty ugly.
Like this
FF looks like this
and IE looks like this
everything is the same.
how can I make FF look better, like IE, at least?
