Doesn't Exist

A working copy of OpenOffice.org itself in zh-CN does not exist. The downloads from openoffice.org and from their zh-cn translation site are both corrupt. Otherwise, it would have been released with the others.

It exists but in the wrong directory:-(

http://download.services.openoffice.org/files/localized/zh-cn/3.1.1/OOo_... works.
If You'll put it in the same directory like the builtfile it will work.

I'll send You the new version of the built environment
(Bug fixed - oxt files of the extensions are deleted now, Installer is integrated, a real BrOffice.org Portable (Brasilian) is now supported)

Paid for Software more or less?
What You need is OSS!

Wait, It's Done

Wait a minute, we already have simplified Chinese:
https://portableapps.com/apps/office/openoffice_portable/localization

It's Traditional Chinese (zh-TW) that there is no good installer for on OpenOffice.org, so we don't have a portable copy.
