a stupid question about cornice portable

i know this is going to sound like a stupid question but does cornice portable support digital cameras i've got one and i've had a hard time trying to get photos from it is there a way of getting my photos from my camera to be showing up on comice portable or what.

Try it

When you plug your camera in, it should show up on your computer as another drive. I haven't used Cornice but you should be able to select that new drive (your camera) and view the photos on it. The image viewer Irfan View works this way. Google's Picasa should be even more straigh-forward (although I'm not sure if there's a portable version of that, if you really need a portable application).

It could be that your camera won't work because you need drivers installed. Do a Google search or visit the manufacturer's website for drivers.

xnview comes with media detector for scanner and camera

Try XNView. I like it better than Irfanview.

Maybe I need to revisit XNView, I've known about it for ages but I guess I've just become comfortable with using IrfanView. I think from memory that I prefer the more minimal interface of IrfanView but it's been a while since I've taken a look at XNView.

Of course, on the plus side, it would be yet another PA.c that I'd be using, and that is a good thing from my standpoint. Much easier to keep tabs on updates that way.
