Error with the registry!

Hi,
I have also problems with thunderbird 1.5.0.2 portable. I get the message that the registry file cannot be imported. Error by access to the registry. The message file target is: G:\PortasbleThunderbird\Data\registry\thunderbird_portable.reg

What is wrong? Does somebody have an idea?

Thanks a lot.

ADmin Rights

They probably do not have admin rights on your pc. If you do not then you will not be able to right to the registry.

Hi,

Hi,
I have no administrativ rights on my pc. I think it was other problem because it is ok now. I cannot say what it was because I have made many changes in the settings of the programm, made an update to 1.5.0.4 and deleted many files and put new (in the was as in the description for changing the language by thunderbird portable).

It's mad, the switch locales 1.5.1.xpi doesn't work with thunderbird. I have deleted some files and added new, as in the other possibility described and it's now working. The only blemish (disfigurement or flaw) is that in the language-menu of thunderbird still is the language displayed as english. Never mind! Maybe next time or in the next version it will be done better/properly. Bye.
