Yeah, that's because Travis made the GUI when he was making the launcher too.
the OP is refering to an off shoot of the original jkdefrag. There is another version that uses the jkdefrag program, but has options for junk file clean up, registry degragging, as well as the jkdefrag. I googled it and I believe this is the updated version of the original.
