iFunBox.
iFunBox to run high-speed USB management of iPhone and iPod Touch to upload and remove movies and music without a "jailbreak". I use xVIS4PSP to make H264 and AAC movies and I use iTunes to make AAC music I transfer over to my iPod Touch.
Only the AppleMobileDeviceServices.exe has to be running in "services" for iFunBox to run.
I found this much out, because I am not able to run iTunes since version 9.0 in my EeePC 900 "netbook" which is small and lightweight and I have a nice carry case. In contrast, my Toshiba and carry case hurts my shoulder. The EeePC 900 battery doesn't run down my car battery. The Toshiba runs down an Interstate Megatron truck battery.
I had to install iTunes 7.6 to have the file needed to run iFunbox on the EeePC 900.
I would like to get this to run preferably on the CF, and secondarily, on a USB.
I don't know what the dependencies are. Maybe only plug-and-play with a little script?
If instead it only needs a .dll maybe a different .dll would provide the "hooks" iFunBox needs?
Remember to include a link to the software next time plz
Found it myself anyway http://www.i-funbox.com/
Remember google is your friend.
I hope this one works on Portable Apps.
I am using an old digital camera 512 MB SD card with the EecPC 900, now, and it is a real performer!
Thank you. I see, in the "fine print" the forum automatically makes a URL into a link. I was looking for the "usual" pop-up box I have to fill-in on forums elsewhere.
Are they EeePC forums?
I go to ipodtouchfans forum, more than anywhere else.
However, I like WhiteBlaze.net and other backpacking forums like BPL.
I found forum.eeeuser.com, a few days ago.
iFunbox is for my iPod Touch.

I want this to be portable too! I'm a little surprised nobody's made it portable yet, because it's really popular among us Jailbroken iOS users.
Anyway, you can't run this without iTunes installed, I tried to do this:
http://senseiphone.com/fix-itunesmobiledevice.dll-found-error-ifunbox-04...
but it doesn't work, it's not a simple .dll file but rather the service has to be running.....
Which is why this application has not been portablized yet.
