Downloaded from 3-different locations, MD5 checksum is good, gets through language selection, then ends with "problem encountered error and asks to send error report to Microsoft.
Is this just me or are others having this trouble too?
Using Win-XP on Acer AspireOne.
Was trying to install downloaded Lightscreen installer from portableapps.com error happened when installing from desktop of laptop. I moved the application installer to my thumbdrive and I was able to run the installer from the thumbdrive, but not the desktop.

have you tried rebooting? I know its a lapto, but just want to check.
Also, maybe a virus scan. If the md5 is good, then its something particular to your system
