First issue:
If you reinstall Warzone 2100 over the top of a previous installation (like you would in an upgrade scenario) all the files in the \Warzone2100Portable\App\Warzone 2100\ directory are deleted and then reinstalled. This normally wouldn't be an issue, but that's where the sequences.wz file is stored so all the cut scenes (high or low quality videos) were blown away when the directory was purged. Normal users are going to wonder "what happened to the cut scenes I downloaded?". Not good. The installer needs ignore that file if present and preserve it.
Second issue:
The links to the high/low quality video downloaders are broken and dump users into the main portable apps file area on SourceForge. It did that same thing earlier today, but the downloader was near the top of the list so I just manually downloaded it. Now it looks like the two files don't exist on SourceForge anymore.

Not sure if this is the version already packaged but just in case I thought I'd note this.
The Warzone team have released 2.3.1a which is a bug fix that affects the Windows version of the game.

I can't change the resolution to 1024x600 in the videosettings. After a restart, the resolution is 1024x768 again. Amendments to the resolution in the Warzone2100Portable.ini to 1024x600 are not accepted.

EDIT: since people are bound to be blind and unable to read, the relevant text: "Copy the Warzone2100Portable.ini to Warzone2100Portable\Data and edit it there." (from the config folder)
seeing as how the fix for this issue has been here on PA for AGES, I cannot understand why its not implemented...

Inside Directory and sub-directory of Warzone2100Portable, it dont have Warzone2100Portable.ini file.
k so instead of like it used to do and make, Warzone2100portable.ini in the "Data\settings\config" folder it just makes it inside the \data\settings folder is what your saying?
EITHER WAY, move that file into the \DATA folder, edit it their for your resolution and play on... (like i said, temp ductape fix...)

All mentioned issues are fixed in 3.2.1a Rev 2:
- Extra DIR in DOCUMENTS is cleaned up
- Resolution is handled in game now (but can be optionally overridden with the INI)
- Videos are preserved on upgrades
- Links to video downloaders work properly
