Tried to install Gimp for the first time but I get a rather odd error This application has failed to start because libglib-2.0.0.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
It doesn't fix the problem I've found a more recent version of libglib-2.0-0.dll on the web and tried to replace the old version to see if that would help but it doesn't.
Any suggestions welcome
There's a topic in this forum titled libglib-2.0-0.dll not registered -- while the error message is different, you might read through that thread and pick up on possible coflicts resulting from other app installations on you machine.
