Opera Portable 11 not saving settings

Hi,

I have got the same problem that I saw below.
My settings were not saved after some times.
Downloaded Extensions were erased and Language Settings remains in english.

is there a fix for that ?
Previously fix operasettings.ini for 10.62 version is not available anymore.
