I tested your portable development version back then. It worked fine on XP pro - SP2. So, why has it not been released?
There should usually be at least some user feedback on development tests (in my opinion) before anyone can really say it's ready for release.
Also, that possible problem tmaibaum posted hasn't been confirmed nor has someone said they've tried it and not had that problem (except me). And it's one of my very first portable apps, and a lot of things need to be changed (such as cleaning up the launcher code, updating to PortableApps.com Format 2.0, etc.) Frankly, I didn't think anybody cared about the app, so I let it die with many of my other development tests but if their is renewed interest, I could start working on it again...
