CamStudio Portable is in the wrong category on the Portable Apps Directory. It is under Utilities but should be in Music and Video.
CamStudio is a great addition to Portable apps. I have used the regular version for quite a while so am delighted to have it in a portable version now. Together, Audacity Portable, CDex Portable, CamStudio Portable and Impress in Open Office Portable provide a solid multimedia production suite in portable form.

As CamStudio isn't a straight video processing program, we don't think of it as 'video'. It's a screen capture utility that also allows you to convert the capture to flash. Same way LightScreen is in Utilities instead of Graphics and Pictures even though it produces images.
