This site only accepts software submissions in PortableApps.com format - see https://portableapps.com/development/portableapps.com_format and they need to be submitted to to the Beta Testing Forum - https://portableapps.com/forums/development/beta_testing
However, if you can provide a website address where your software is described and can be downloaded, I would be willing to take a look at what would be required to get it into the 'correct' format. - Assuming the software is released under a 'Freeware' License, I would need your permission to do the conversion work and to post it for testing. You would still, of course, be fully recognised/acknowledged as the developer of the application and could, if you wished, also host the PortableApps.com format version for download.
