I am chinese。I have downloaded pre-R3 and use the update function for download apps。It seems the downloaded apps all in english。I know I already set the platform in chinese。
the second suggest：when any apps download broke， the process of download will be paused before you clicked。I think ：it should only write a log file and go on。after all done，try to download again ，then renew the log file and show it。

There's a known bug listed on the bug list (linked from the announcement) with Chinese (Simplified and Traditional) and Brazilian Portuguese due to the locale codes for them (they're 4 characters with a separator instead of two characters like everything else). This issue will be fixed in PR4 which will be posted shortly.
