Your portable app is not packaged with the PortableApps.com Installer as part of the PortableApps.com Format Specifications. I think it'd be a good idea for you to check it out.
Additionally, when your posting an app it should go in the Beta Testing forums and look like the Development Test Forum Posting layout.
Shareware also isn't the best app to start off with, but, as it turns out, according to PortableFreeware.com, it's freeware, so you don't need to worry about that.
I can't comment on the format as the installer wasn't letting install the app.
The base app is actually open source, licensed under the "Aladdin Free Public License", which is NOT OSI-approved.
