Since PAL-based launchers are the preferred way to develop apps, I suggest we change step 4 on this page to refer to PAL, rather than referring to coding directly in NSIS.

PAL uses NSIS to script.
PAL is just the format.
PortableApps.com Launcher (often referred to as PAL)is not a format it is a total package. So I would tend to agree with Gord.
