Searching: Text Phrases

Summary: I am looking for an portable app, that allows me to manage phrases (text snippets) and to insert these snippets into other applications by typing a keyword.

I am looking for an portable app, that allows me to manage phrases (text snippets).
In this app I would enter all my text snippets that I often use.

It should be possible to define a keyword for each text snippet.
Example a keyword "SenderGER" or "SnederENG".
If I type the text "SenderENG" in any application than the text "SenderENG" is replaced by the text of that snippet.
This should work in any application (Office, Email-Client, Browser, ...).

Nice would be the ability to manage the phrases in a tree structure and to be able to have formatted text in the phrases.

I know that there are apps out there like:

• PhraseExpress (http://www.phraseexpress.com/)
• RapidKey (http://www.neuber.com/rapidkey/index.html)

But they are not free for usage or (like PhraseExpress) tell me that I "seem to use it in an office environment" so I should register.

A search in the web also lists many snippet tools for programming purposes, but many of them are plugins for code editors (like Notepad++).

Do you have any idea?
