Can't find 0.dll

Can't find 0.dll

I've tried installing Platform 3 time. It doesn't start and says it can't find 0.dll, REINSTALL I'm trying to install Platform to a thumb drive from my desktop, XPpro. Thanks

I am not sure what could be causing this but maybe it helps if you redownload the installer and/or try it on another PC. Maybe there is something interfering.
