Note to all users of the pgpg , portable pgp java application.
The current version works well with all java 6.x but not right with java7.x
Until an update for ppgp is available, keep your last java 6 version with the high degree cryptography files (jce) if you want use the ppgp.
Another use case for this proposal.
As bad as it is I'm glad it is not just Makagiga, as having a few apps with this problem might actually gain the idea some backing.
