One of the best feature i had been using in PortableApps was the Suite which contains all the important apps pre-installed, a 130-150 MB download.
This download i was able to share with people who dont have any kind of access to internet on their systems.
All of them who got to know the Suite were amazed by it.
But now i am not able to find that download, has it been removed ?

It has been removed. The preferred way is to use the built-in app store or browse the directory here on the site for apps.
The Suite download was good for internet-less PCs but it went out of date pretty quickly. Now all you can do is download the apps you think your friends like and give them the installers separately.
