I opened OpenOffice and Microsoft Office together, because of non visiable tools in OpenOffice. After doing this I couldn't open OpenOffice again. Did anybody know if Microsoft may block it, because I couldn't open it on any way I tried.

Go to OpenOfficePortable\Data and delete everything inside of it, then open the app again.
Surely you meant rename Data into Data2 or Data-old. We wouldn't want anyone to lose their data unless necessary, would we.
