Feature request: Installer's and Updater's logfile

Feature request: Installer's and Updater's logfile

For debugging reason it could be helpful to have an index of the installed applications with there installation / update date and particular version on hand. I think about a simple "endless" flat file.

You (almost) already can.

You already can (except the date, which I don't think is really that important). Just go to Help->About->Apps tab and it lists all installed apps, their version, and their folder name.

The initial questions (to ask

The initial questions (to ask for a log file) were

  • There were several applications in the update list. Which were it exactly? Which should I start now to avoid bad surprises at the most unsuitable moment?
  • Some days after an update and an application doesn't run: Which backup could be the right one?
