why some apps don't have launcher.ini ?

why some apps don't have launcher.ini ?

I have seen that some apps don't have a launcher/folder
how is this.. they have Data/settings/app.reg
when i take my launcher/folder out of app wont run anymore..

is their a more advanced way to "Pack" the PAF..

Older Custom

These are older custom launchers that were done before PAL. Their full source code is in Other\Source
