Since yesterday I have found that opening the PortableApps.com website is possible only with a delay of several seconds. This issue I've detected in connection with the use of the Internet Explorer v10.0.9200.16660 and Firefox v23.0.1.

I'm receiving no such delay on my end, could of been your network maybe, or maybe the server issue resolved itself

Probably this was a temporary disturbance caused by my internet provider or any other network issue. Now the opening of the website works again smoothly.
