as I wrote in my other thread, I also have portable apps in my PortableApps directory, which are portable, but do not have the PA structure.
Is there any way to start such an app with paramter? I have one app, which needs to get some information via command line parameter...
Please don't disillusion me by advising to write a batch file to call the app with parameters...

There are a couple of ways to do it, but since you don't want to hear about batch files, that leaves you with one real option.
You would have to put the app into PortableApps format.
