Is there any feed to to receive information about new programs only? I tried to add RSS feed from this page: https://portableapps.com/news/new but it added all apps...

There isn't at present but there will be in the future. We can't set the base one live as it'd be overloaded. We need to set up a cache for it first.
If you follow us on Twitter, Facebook or Google+ you'll just get what would be on the new feed + site news.
