Audacity (LINUX) "to-go" ? Does that exist? (why not, if so?)

we can use a Linux PC (but only with a Guest account)
That is a wonderful solution for things which are
=> either installed already - and routine like internet access -
=> or to be used externally, with a web application using a browser window

now it seems there is no audacity WEB app, so it would be great to have "AUDACITY2go" on a USB stick or CDrom or DVD

how to get that?
does that exist?
is it "systemically" impossible to make that?
does nobody need that, except us ???
