Delete an app

How do I delete an app so it is not on the menu or computer.I deleted the folder but it is still on the menu.

did you try 'refresh app icons' from the menu?

Delete app

Yes, but that didn't delete the app.
I think I found the way to do it. Right click on the app and then click "Remove".
