Missing something? Take a look at the PApps list first

Example: I've got rid of most of IE locally.

Results: Fine.

Odd consequence: .chm files don't show images.

Solution: https://portableapps.com/apps/office/kchmviewer-portable

Simples, as a mongoose would say.
