Installation Error

I installed firefox onto my ScanDisk cruzer micro 2gb a couple of days ago. Today I take it to work and instead of loading up like it did yesterday at work, it didn't open and said that the files were corrupted. So I decided to uninstall it and then just redownload it but then when it tries to install, it just says, "Installation of Mozilla Firefox for U3 failed."

Has anyone else had this happen and if so, were you able to fix it and how?

Try

Deleting it from it's folder, a hidden folder in the USB drive, named System, go inside and find the folder which contains it.

Re: Try

When trying to delete the file, It just pops a window up that says "Cannot Read Folder Cache: The File or Directory is corrupted or unreadable." So I moved the entire FireFox folder outside of the system folder but still cannot be deletd.

Firefox was able to re-install itself, but how do I get rid of the corrupted folder/file?

Hmm

Maybe run a ChkDisk on it...
Ask someone more knowledgeable about it though.
