Shortcuts in the menu?

Is there anyway I can make shortcuts appear in the menu? I play Soldat a lot, as well as many mods and editors for it, and it a pain to have all those shortcuts. What I'd like to be able to do is have my shortcuts listed with my apps (I pretty much only use the portable apps suite).

the menu should

i think the menu should have a shortcut option. it would allow for programs to be run from TC volumes
