my firefox installed automatically probably and when I opened it I lost all my opened tabs!!!!!
they appeared as new tabs, but empty!!!!!

I don't understand what you are describing.
It can't be a generic problem otherwise everyone would be yelling.
I also see you've made another post re TB but I'm guessing this would need to be fixed first.

We need more info about versions and such but also about what the actual problem is as I'm having difficulty imagining lots of lost opened empty tabs.
