You could simply rename the folder ChromePortable inside the PortableApps folder to something like ChormePortable2 and install ChromePortable again. Remember to rename the entry in the PortableApps Menu, too, to distinguish each other.
Be aware, that you can only update the version inside the original named folder with the Platform's updater. The one in the renamed folder will not be recognized by it. (As workaround you have to do some more temporary folder renaming).
And I think you cannot run both at the same time, but I'm not shure of that.
If you just need a browser with two different profiles, you can try Firefox with the second profile instead.
