I use TB Portable, and for simplicity sake, instead of upgrading, I just download the new version and delete the old.
How do I keep the old keyconfig settings? I'd rather not have to remap the keys everytime I get a new version.

why to delete the old version? I thought you want it simple? During update no variables are lost, it will be simply installed over the old version and variables preserved.
You can copy the profile too, but still, simple update is probably the simplest end most efficient procedure.

Great!.
I'm still using ver 38, but since outlook.com updated, I think it's time that I upgrade to the latest version of TB Portable.
So I'm assuming that the easiest thing to do is to DL the latest portable version, save it to desktop, then copy the whole folder into the location where I run TB, maintaining and preserving the folder structure of the 'permenent' location.
simply install the new version to the place where your old version is
